We have a new baby, so the misses would be using downstairs.. so daughter and me crammed upstairs.. I'm 5'8" (without my Saturday night heels) so might just fit!

T'roof is for the little one in a couple of years when he moves upstairs.
I can say that A/S is ideal for new baby and two adults (or more).
We wet up the now patented "Parcel Shelf bed". Spare cot matress on plywood base that sits above your legs and feet whilst you sleep downstairs. See pic at http://archive.club8090.co.uk/garage.ph ... age_id=788 (or if this doesn't work - look at my garage shot.).
We have had many nights away like this and it works a treat. When the little one has gone down for the evening - we put a towel over the net and don't seem to disturb him at all (even managed to lsiten to England France World Cup Rugby Semi with some mates like this - and we weren't quiet..>!)
If you want any more details on the Trident PM me.
Agree with Mikey9. When mine were little I converted a split front cot to fit like parcel shelf in back. Worked a treat for baby! Ended up keeping it in for parcels as kids grew.
