H&R don't do coilovers for T25's.
I've used the Cup kit myself previously and most of the big engined German vans use them.
The shocks are 4 point adjustable(damping not height)so you van have them as soft or as stiff as you prefer.

After speaking to H&R the other week they couldn't tell me if they still come with Koni reds, they seemed to think that they now come with H&R branded dampers, which are generally Bilstein B6's, but valved differently for H&R.
H&R only make springs, so they farm out their dampers but they only use top notch suppliers hence Bilstein and Koni.

If you want to do the job right, then buy the cup kit.

As noted, Charlie at T3tuning will do you an amazing deal on them at miles less than the list price, plus he's a nice guy too.
