Having trouble getting it into 1'st especially and this gets worse in all the gears when the box has warmed up. The van has had a recon box in and new clutch if it helps and I have bled the hydraulics.

Have you checked the oil level & is it the correct oil-ep80 gl4?

a closed mouth gathers no feet (but sometimes needs must)
