Just replaced mine at www.acefoam.co.uk
Top guys and a while you wait service, they have shaped it, cut out the sections for the hinges and added a knee roll for me. All for £35. Will put a photo up later.

Wow, that's a bargain if ever there was one! Wish I could find a company like that in Hertfordshire!
