Reconning diesel injectors

Looking for a company to rebuild and calibrate a set of SB injectors from a golf GTD.

Any recommendations?

Most larger provincial towns have at least one company that rebuilds such things to original spec... but these days they tend to have to charge not far short of what a new set costs.

My local company is Green and Wetherley Watford, but expect there is one in Aylesbury, Luton etc...

GSF will supply genuine Bosch boxed reman GTD injectors for £25 each exchange. They are reman in India, but work OK, for me anyway.

The purist may want to source Euro-manufactured nozzles (nla from Bosch tho' AFAIK) and have their injectors rebuild with those, but this would undoubtedly cost more than buying the Bosch reman injectors.

How long ago did you price them up? because at the last phone call they had stopped doing them!

Also, we have pot tested these injectors and the breaking pressures were all over the place, better to get your local Diesel place to do them in my eyes.

My local Bosch agent has stiopped doing nozzles so look like I will have to find another supply.
