Hey all, just came to pick the van up from storage and the bloody thing wont start, batt volts at 12.54 and i can hear some kind of relay click when i turn the key but no start... any ideas... its a 1.9 dg..

Starting motor probably acting up. That relay click is in all probability your starting motor solenoid in fact. Check the electrical connections on the motor and make sure theyre not corroded or loose, make sure the engine will actually turn over by hand as well, and if all looks ok, but still no success, put the van in gear and rock it back and forth while someone turns the key, but make sure if the motor frees itself suddenly the van doesnt jump forward into a wall or something. If that doesnt work try hitting the motor with a rubber or wooden mallet while the van is out of gear but the key is turned.
