amp placement ?

hi all,we have a 1979,t25 westy,and we really dont know where to site our amp?,we also have a 20 month old son,so don't want it out in the open,has anybody fitted one?,also fitting 6x9's in panel under r&r bed,is everyones split charger thingy in the way?,tried a search but it didn't come up with much,thanks nicki and dave

your amp can go nearly anywhere you want, aslong as it has lots of ventilation, and either massive power cable or as shorter run to the amp from the battery as possible!
