Heater control boxes

Post by spod_rod »

Hi,
Does anybody know where I can get a pair of heater control boxes for a '81 2L A/C.

They are the boxes that connect / control the hot air from the heat exchangers into the van heating system.

Mine have rusted away to dust!

Thanks

If you mean heater control pods - then just campers do them at £36 each part number - J10110 and J10111
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

that surprises me as my Aircooled would get hot enough to cause a can of coke left by the rear floor ducts to explode!!
if its designed to have pods then surely it should have em
fit the stock set up and you wont go far wrong.

Hi, thanks for the info.

I'm gonna stick with the stock set up and will be ordering a pair of pods from just kampers.

Only problem is that one of them is on back order at the moment!

While we are on the subject, where is the best place to get the flexi ducting that connects to the heater pods as that is missing too.
