Front outer CV boots required
Front outer CV boots required, but where to get them from?
Pretty sure not GSF, though they might order some from VW for you if you ask nicely... they used to, but stopped for small orders!!

In theory the boots may be available via GKN, you can certainly get complete joint kits via GKN. You'd need to find a dealer/distributor to hunt them down and order them.
I've only ever heard of them being available from VW in the UK, make sure you get the correct one, there's an early and a late version. They different by being made from a tough plastic not rubber, and fit specifically to the outer CVJ's. A special high-strength oetiker clamp is used which needs a special tool to apply enough force, and the factory procedure includes a bead of sealant (I use sikaflex) around the CVJ before fitting the boot.
