Power steer, some advice needed

Post by keenyt25 »

Hi,

I had a leak in one of the power steering pipes, i've had a new pipe made up by a local hydralics place.

Was wondering whether you had to bleed the system when filling it back with hydralic fluid. If so where is the bleed screw as can't see one?

any advice would be great

cheers

Just start the engine and cycle the steering lock to lock a couple of times and it should be fine.
