My plans are:

1) Fix it.

2) Sell it.

Alira... good post, like it :D

Ednundator... bad post, don't like it

get the diff-locks working,

Always , always, make sure they're both working if you can. And then use them once or twice every month or two. Any probs, someone on here will know how to fix, and of course Aidan Beaker knows the mechanisms inside out and is always willing to give advice, despite a mounting mountain of gearboxes to be rebuilt :D

Fix prop shaft - bit of a ringing and small vibes at 40 mph. Also check shockers and replace.

Ray, if you can get rid of that you're a better man than me !

IMHO needs box/diff output/input bearings done... but we'll see. Mine doesn't ring at 40 though, just when lugging below about 1500 rpm on the diesel

Doesn't ring at 40, same as yours I expect just when sort of throttling back as they used to say? I had hoped to get a poly bush but since then the vibrations seem to have increased slightly at about 40-42 then they disappear at speeds higher than that. I noticed it more on way back from VF from worcester to alcester when being chased by mocki & flibbers. How is the replacement GKN one - seems cheaper than recon job at reco prop?

I never experienced ringing on the prop until I took it out and then replaced it a while later. I tried my best at alignment, using a piece of string from front to back to align the center of the engine to the gearboxes. But now it just slightly rings when you lugg the engine at low revs. So it is poss to do with alignment.
