Should be road legal but check they are for RHD as some unscrupulous sellers in the vw scene sell LHD and claim they're RHD.
Crosshairs and crystals are fairly straightforward but angel eyes lenses are twice as thick and take a lot more fiddling, easy enough just takes time dude... do it..

Easy.
1) Unscrew the 2 adjusters (note the positions on your old ones) on your T25 lamps.
2)Turn the stabilising posts (big pliers) and remove the light units. Put these aside.
3)Do the same with your new Golf lights and put the backing rings (with the captive plastic mounts stabilising plastic post intact) aside.
4)On the old T25 backing unit trim the stabilising post to fit the new headlight bracket (I use a Stanley knife/thin file/Dremel) by removing material from the 2 'tabs' at the end a some of the thickness in the plastic.
Refit the new light unit using the same procedures in 1&2 above (but in reverse!)
Easy peasy!

It depends, some will swap into the T3 housings and some wont.
It depends on the location of the, er, locating tabs!
The crystals I had in mine had quite a kak image and were pi$$ poor to drive with.
The crystal cross hairs I then ran were a bit better but not brilliant.
For looks, yeah, buy them but don't expect to be able to see any better.
If you want to see where your going just use standard headlights with the relay upgrades and some better bulbs.
Stealth mods.

I used to.
Thing was, I was sick of people telling me how expensive they were, and bored of people saying don't buy my kit and giving them instructions how to do it their way with bits of bailer twine, second hand relays and no thought to how much load was going through the wires.
My kit was just that, a complete kit, with relays in relay sockets and not just crimps direct onto the relays, they were fused and came with crimps and cable ties to make a neat job.
All the wire was of the correct rating and was supplied a bit over fued if anything, it also came with instructions of what to do incase of a problem.
By the time I had bought everthing and spent half an hour or so assembling each kit and for the tiny profit I made on them, and all the neigh sayers I decided only to offer them as a fitted kit at the garage and I kicked into touch the mail order side.
Funny thing wanting to actually get paid for the work you do eh, everyone seems to think I run the business just to help out and they don't expect me to actually gain anything from it or keep a roof over my family's head!
A lot of the comments, especially on this forum really really annoyed me at the time.
So, no, my comments above werent in anyway digging for business, quite the contary, I have experienced everything talked about above but as usual with this club my comments are taken the wrong way.

I am sorry you don't do the kits no more Simon...I was told you did.
and just for the record my comment explaining you stocked them was for the benefit of a fellow T3 owner...I don't see any mention of digging
