front panel repairs

my front panel lower section where it meets the bumer section has a couple of small section off the dreaded just starting to prep van for painting with rustoleum

any of u guys had to repair thi section any tips

finding it hard to get in with angle grinder with wire brush any tips on cleaning up area thanks

Humph... I'm just doing the area above the petrol tank while its down. Not too bad but could do with a touch up before i put a new one back on! Its got hidden bits and pipes and wires and cables and stuff everywhere! I think i know what you're going through! Sympathy on its way! :D
Ps. Stupid question I know but the bumpers removed I take it, makes it a lot easier.

doing mine soon, got a panel off Schofields at vanfest that just replaces the bottom couple of inches, gotta be easier than doing the whole panel
