Like the man say's ... we only ever top it up. OK so the dregs of milk and that cheeky surplus rasher of bacon get the heave ho, otherwise it's fetch the top-up basket of surplus tins and boil-in-the-bag basmati from't kitchen, top up the water tank, refill the Eber tank, recommision the bog :whistle and that's it, ready to go.
