Camping now sorted, Paul (Blurb55)has managed to get us a field to use for the Friday and Saturday nights at a cost of £5 per vehicle per night, there are no facilities though so bring your own loo.

This is also a pay the farmer in cash on the weekend job too so please don't send us any money for it. We should be OK with up to 15 vehicles on this one, ans as with the Northumberland run, syncros get priority

Seems like a good target for getting my engine sorted, and putting some faces to names. If things go wrong I could always jump in the landy if its not up to it (asuming that works any better) but then I'd have to go through the hassle of aquiring a tent

Should be ok for this one, work is more or less back to normal minus one sacked finance manager and one suspended supervisor, so it shouldn't intrude on any more weekends.

Doug, your right we can be having a fire :D , if Glen brings the series 1 we can start with that

Whatever I bring won't be what I want to burn, it'd save that for the peice of nackered crap thats stuck outside my house assuming one's bust (which though I'd like not to belive it is probubly going to be a fair assumption  )

Well it is looking more likely that i will be joing u all on this one.
Just got a short list of things to do to the single cab first:fit 1.9TD, intercool, fit lift kit ,fit 16ich rims and tyres, and a few other little things.
And of coure i need to find, borrow a tent if i use the cab.
Are there going to be places nearby camping area to get hot food?
Sh-t looks like ile have to kit myself out for single cab life if i use it down south.

That is the biggest problem with single cabs.

If there's space left in the field, I would like to come along with my son. However, whilst the syncro is running fine on the road it still needs some more work for off road - wheels & tyres especially.

Is there going to be any chance of us two hitching a ride with someone on the lanes, please?

cheers
Garyd
