Gear Linkage Part #s

Would some kind soul with an ETKA disc tell me the part numbers for the gear linkage guide bushes .... 1989 1.9 petrol 5 speed box and upside-down rowing boat .... pwetty pwease

.

I guess a piccy of the 'exploded' view would help too ... so's I don't get the wrong things

Thanks guys. Rob could you show the list before that one ? I think it's item 6 ... like a couple of flanges with a plastic ball insert.
