Looking at that site, I'll stick with my trusted T3, what a rip the dealers charge just because it's 'modern'.
A T3 Turbo will bowl along nicely at the legal limit, cost £120 for a cambelt change, pulley won't disintegrate and do 38mpg, and is bigger inside, and is cheaper, and you can mend it anyway yourself
Every new van is harder to mend at home, gawd knows what a T5 is like
