summers new sleeping arrangements

Post by kathyshack »

well, I have been busy lining out the hightop. woo hoo - only took about 2 years! he he he. only done the back bit so far as its going to be where summers new bed is going to be. Thought i'd post on here as i know there are quite a few little ones on 80-90 at the moment. I have got a tomy bed guard from mothercare for 20 quid. fits perfectly in the hightop to stop her falling out! it has bars which run under the mattress to keep it all in place, and it folds down to put her up there etc.

hoping she'll sleep up there for the first time this weekend at solfest!!

What a cracking idea!!

I have two boys that sleep up there and Mrs Dhu was having kittens about them falling off. Do they do them in blue?

bed guard

Post by RachelDaisy »

That is great. I've just about persuaded some mates to get a van and this was the only stumbling block. Where to put their 1 yr old. They didn't like the idea og a cargo net set up. I'll pass this on. Cheers, Rachel.

hi

yep, we have on of these in blue, we use it to keep all our luggage up their safely when driving and in theory to keep the kids up their at night.

We have never tested the night time use as they always end up in the bottom bed with me and AquaMan has to go in the tent....

but hey next summer maybe it will work...

anyone know where we can get a rope ladder so they can climb up and down safely ?
