hello all just got mi first camper holdsworth conversion etc one prob i have is finding somebody who wont rip me off to give the van a good going over ,near bolton lancs area ,,one prob bugging me is the pasenger side wheel makes an awfull scraping noise ,had the wheel off donsnt sound like bearings as there is no play ,are the calipers on sliders or fixed cheers

What type of brakes are on depends on what year i think. Pre june 1986 has pins through the pads so the calpier would be fixed type with twin pot calipers. After june 1986 the calipers would be sliding type single pot. is the scarping noise all the time or just when the brake are applied?

cheers yea its there all time but goes a touch quieter as the pedal is pressed and ive just checked its the earlier caliper
