Hi Guys,

What sort of rating fuse should I use for:

a) a fag lighter socket
b) A twin bar light

Cheers,

Hi Nick

If's factory fitted let us know the details and I will post the fues details.

If it's a retro fit you are best to match the fuse with the cable you are using, in turn the cable/socket should be up for the job.

If you post the light details someone will get you the fuse size.

THe socket is an after market one and the cable I used was ust a roll of stuff I had lying around in the shed. It's pretty thick, I'd say similar to the live feed for a car stereo. I'm only running phone chargers and my 7" LCD tele off it so nothing high draw like a cool box or inverter.

The light I got second hand so I'll have to check the back and see what it says and post up tomorrow.

Cheers dude,

Nick
