more starter problems

Post by robintb »

Hello to all,

if your starter solonoid clicks but the beast doesn't turn over, and you are sure that its getting enough juice, does it more than likely mean the starter needs replacing or could it be just the bushes? I was told that this could be the solonoid (and from what I understand you cant get just a new solonoid).

If it is the bushes, I'm not going to be able to do it by the sounds (no time at the mo - getting married) - any body got some good suggestions who could help out without forking out silly garage prices in the Brighton area?

Many thanks
