It is funny you should mention this, as I raised the question this very evening with our lass,,,,,,,
It appears we will we taking with us to our next 4 day camping trip all the contents of our dry store which still includeds, dried pasta inc Pot Noodle (which the kids won't touch), Supernoodles (chicken or beef) ,anything tinned and a couple of jars of nutella chocolate spread for those munchies moments.
I guess you like us tend to take far more stuff than you are ever going to use, I mean proper food,,,,,,,,,,but I expect to spend almost 25 quid on ice cream over the 4 days when we are at our next rally.. The thing that really pissses me off is the same ice cream bought in family packs would run to only 5 quid or so If I could freeze it fully rather than just chill it in the 2 fridges we carry.........
Regards
Fritz.........

what's all this taking food out business then?
all I take out is stuff that lives in the fridge, and any bread , tea cakes that don't get eaten, everything else stays in there, can't see the point of constantly loading and unloading the food cupboards, that's how you end up having to pay the earth when out..I do a date and stock check twice a year to see what's at the back normally about january and september, swapping winter foods for summer and vice verca.......

I normally clear the fridge out of stuff that'll turn the dark side, leave in beer and wine (come in handy when you haven't got any in and remember there's some in't van!).
Still got Pot Noodles left over from Glastonbury (came in handy when last broken down!), boil in the bag rice, tea and coffee and it's got it's own set of spices, condiments etc.
It's fully loaded with snacks and tonight's curry 'cause where off to Mull in a couple of hours!

How long will you be on Mull for? We hope to be there Thursday onwards.

Snap
I always have nice snacks in the camper and often pop out to the van to pinch some.
We tend to leave most of the food in the van for next time, the only things we take out are the fridge stuff(when i have one back in!) and any stray cans of lager that have escaped me over the trip
