How do I replace headlight glass lens?

Post by Hermen »

Would you believe it! Came out of work at lunchtime yesterday, to find me van minus the upper radiator grille cover and the headlamp glass hanging off, in what can only be described as a daring swoop in broad daylight in a residential street. Someone actually had the audacity to stand there, remove the screws and walk off with a 4/5 ft bit of plastic. I am quite shocked by this and perhaps, might have expected a badge to get nicked, but a fellow t25er nicking parts.

Anyway, the headlight glass lens was hanging off, and I can not see how it goes back on. The actual light unit is fine and still screwed in, and they are the rounf 'h4' type. Anyone know how to 'stick' back on? Gripfill??, Superglue?? as there does not appear to be any kind of fixing

Cheers
