Dont know whats happened but ive suddenly got no headlights, and when I try to switch them on, all it does is powers up the ignition circuit, and the main beam led comes on. Ive tried changing the switch but its still the same. Any ideas from any elecrical wizards!

is the plug on the back of the switch on the right way round! most vehicles have a "secret" way of starting and running with out the key, usually by swapping the connections one of the switches, but i haven't heard of this on a t25!! other wise are there any signs of rust/water leeks around the windscreen near the colcks????

Sounds like an earth fault at a headlight.
Power flows from sbattery to sidelight instead of earthing it then flows through headlight to light switch and to switched side of ignition switch.

Thanks Tony, ill have a look at that, would the earth be on the 'crown' to the left of the fuse box, or do they have a direct earth?

The front lights earth to the crown by the relay plate but I'd also look at the connections at the light unit.
