fridge not working on battery

my fridge does not appear to be working off the battery i have checked the fuses in the zig unit. cant see any other fuse in the vacinity of the fridge.

Sorry to bring bad news to you jim but unfortunatley your fridge will not work off your battery, fridge draws 8amps continuos, frjdge will only work off 12v when engine running and fridge is powered from the alternator

thanks was thinking it was broken altogether but now i know it only works on 12v when engine running.turn onto gas when stationary or hook up to electricity.
