I want to fit a split charge system to my van to charge a 775 CCA battery for use as a leisure battery. There are a lot of different systems (and prices!) on ebay. There appear to be quite basic systems incorporating a simple mechanical relay right up to solid state isolation units.
I need some help understanding what I really need.
Confused by split charge systems?! Help!
