Engine oil help please...

Post by Donna M »

Just popped round to my local H*****ds to pick up some motor oil for my T25 1.9 petrol water cooled (I'm a newbie - pls forgive...) and was baffled by the selection available - what grade motor oil do you all recommend I use? The (baffling) Halford's guide sid 10W/40 part-synthetic but I'm always wary of home brand products...

TIA...Mark O

Whilst you are down at your local GSF (see other thread!) they will have the correct grade for your van 15-40 mineral oil is considered correct for these. By the way we have a technical forum where we usually post questions like these. I will move them over there. (I know your new! :D )
