Rock shaft studs

A couple of my rocker shaft studs keep coming loose when removing the nuts of them. Any way i can stop this? I did put some thread lock on them last year, the blue stuff that locktite do, but they still come loose. Also of note to all is that the nuts, which are m7's are getting rare. I got them from a specialist and even they are gonna stop selling them once they run out.

Sounds like the threads are worn in the heads, helicoil or timeserts will cure this.
