Post by markr »

Hi all,

Would the 15" 5 stud alloy wheels from an Audi A3 Sport fit a T25 ?

Thanks,
Mark.

Welcome to the forum mate. :) Fill in some profile details so we know where you are at.

If the wheels stud pattern is 5 x 112 then they can be modified to fit, if the stud pattern is the wrong one then no they won`t.
Have a search, there is absolutley LOADS of threads on fitting wheels (especially Audi wheels).

They can be made to fit, but they don`t fit straight on. You`ll need longer rear studs / front stud conversion, wheel spacers, machined front centre bores at the minimum. Don`t forget the tyres correct load rating as well, the Audi tyres are unlikley to be rated enough for a 2 ton bus
Keep it real.

Thanks for the reply, i know that certain Audi wheels fit with modifications, but never any mention in any forum about A3 wheels though!

They may have the wrong stud PCD, I think it was mentioned that they use the same hubs etc as Golf, which are, I think 5 x 100 PCD, so no use, but have a look and find out for sure.

Thaks once again, you have confirmed my suspicions that the PCD would be wrong, unfortunatly the seller didn't know!
Looks like a set of Merc alloys then!

Thanks for you help,
Mark.

Not all Audi wheels are like that, just A3 I think (Golf based tart-mobile)

If it's the late A3 Sport yes the alloys do fit as they are 5X112PCD...same as a MK5 Golf....and also as seen on the Multivan below.

Longer studs and bolts.20mm spacers and the centre bore of the front 2 alloys needs enlarging.
