hi well after much reading and ebaying got my self some merc e class 5 spoke wheels for my syncro 14" they are supposed to be off 2004 model.
after doing some reaserch hopeing they will go straight on am i right...holds his breath..
so now it comes to the tyres can i put 225 70 16 bf goodrich at"s on
or do i have to go smaller.215 65 16
it is a standard 1.9 petrol with no power steering and just standard springs.

i would stick with 205 -16, the 225 depending on a few things may touch in various places,also you havnt got the biggest engine in the world so its gonna struggle on hills,cj.
bought some real off roaders!!!!!!!

cheers for that what profile would you suggest do you supply them delivered to bradford been looking at your site got a wish list about a mile long.. then seen the syncro nutz van for sale is that one of yours thought about trying to do a swap mines in ok nick but think it needs a good going thru and would like better engine and a roof lift kit etc.will get saving and be in touch thanks again lee

sorry just done bit more reading syncro spares and nutz are different bit to many syncrotitles for me i think so sorry mr syncrospares :oops:

I had freelander size on a 14 van. I think they were 215 65 16

I have 215/60 x 16" on 7J rims, clearance at the front is close, inside and out.
