how to wire a cig lighter
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi
Its quite a simple one this and you have a few options the easiest is to wire it off the radio feed via a 10 amp fuse or if you dont have a radio the fuse box behind the glovebox has a takeoff . If you want it in the rear the best way is to take a feed off the battery fused via the 10amp fuse your going to fit and feed it to the rear the easy way is via the b post up to the roof then allong the top box section which runs the length of the van .
You can get 12v output sockets off e bay which are quite nice if your fitting in the rear they have a panel that rotates and exposes the socket search under t25 and you should find them .

Ive an x reg white T25 autosleeper cant miss it small world isnt it and Im in liverpool today are we in a parallel universe?

Thanks for the offer i might take you up on that offer when i get round to fitting the interior and needs some help with the wiring as you seem to know what your talking about.
Will be back in CB on the w end trying to clock up some miles on my part rebuilt engine so you may see me.
I will be in the Red/burgundy transporter - i wanna say hoodride but it actually its just "pooh" ride

will keep my eye out for you not a problem if you need a hand to wire the scamp just give me a shout my lad tells me the van is old n slow but it gives you chance to watch the world go by as your wallet is emptied by the fuel tank ive not taken so long to get anywhere at such fuel expense but its great fun and I love my van wouldnt change it for the world

that's true, Will def give you a shout soon for a hand with wiring as its not my thing.
Want to try wire up a stereo and some speakers sometime soon, just something to drown out the noise of the engine
