Bench seat?

Post by v-lux »

Going on a bit of a mission this summer to portugal and my mother is going to be joining me and my better half for a portion of the journey.

So, as we only have the two seats up front, i'm wondering if its possible to put a bench seat in the front for the time that we are away.

Do these seats just fit, ie are the fittings for belts and bolts etc all there already or would it need something fabricating?

youll need a bench seat, a new middle seat belt and a rear support as the bench seat back needs a support ie bulkhead, bar, ive got rhd bench seats here and belts all you need to buy is some inch box and weld in,cj.
bought some real off roaders!!!!!!!

hmmm, of course, there would've been a bulkhead there. Doh.

Sounding a bit more hassle than i think im prepared for just so i can seat an extra passenger for a little bit of driving around.

Looks like someone might be in the back then, keeping the driving to an absolute minimum of course...... :whistle
