We bought a load of series 1 Mercedes Vitos at work a few years ago, and they had a very similar pattern (German, not too exciting).
You may well find spare seats from them on eBay or from commercial vehicle breakers, as they had optional removable passenger seats.

i have a set of westy cover, colour faded to match yours, that i don't want any more.
