MOT problems!!

MOT problems!!
Evening all,
put the van though the mot today and low and behold it failed!!
i am going to try and repair it myself but just need a bit of direction on why it has failed....hope you can help
it failed on the following points
Nearside front brake hose ferrule excessively corroded
Offside front the same
Nearside rear the same
offside rea the same
can anyone point me in the right direction for parts and where on brakes this is...
soz for sounding a bit dim!!

thanks for the info....
I have looked on the JK website and the hoses are about 7.50 each, the mot testing station gave me a quote for 31 quid each???
is it as simple as taking them off and putting new ones on? do you have to drain the system and bleed etc?

Without sounding a tw4t if you have to ask this do you really think you should be messing around with something you rely on to save your life? at least get someone who knows what they are doing to give you a hand.

Thanks for all the help/advice, used to run a spitfire years ago and changed brake lines etc, its just a t25 is a new vehicle to me but the theory is exactly the same!!!
got all the bits from JK today so will put brake lines on and follow the right procedure for bleeding the brakes etc, then put it through the mot again...
but comments about if have you have doubts about changing something as vital as brakes are completly valid and taken on board!
will keep you posted!!!
