Now that looks good, I want to go, maybe not this year, sorry WE are definately going to do that.
My kids are gonna experience 'proper' snow with a drop of sunshine 'cos we surely ain't gonna get it round here.

It's all the little moments in life that make it a big adventure.

The only problem i had was a slight weep from the expansion tank when the engine got seriously hot on a 20 minute slog up a mountain in 1st and 2nd gear.
Only half a pint of water was lost but it was a slightly worried moment!
The van is well prepared, i've done a serious amount of work to get this thing right and i've been through it with a fine tooth comb to get it this way.
I bought it specifically for this trip. The plan was to sell it when we got back but we're not sure now

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape; If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
Those expansion tanks eh?
Just spotted the very slightest of weeps below mine, been advised it might be the seam opening up... 'spose better safe than sorry, new one, and maybe not a GSF one
Great photos, love that mountain road too...
If you had sold it, what vehicle would you be back to... just a normal car?

Regarding the Expansion tank.... I've just had one delivered from JK. Would you believe its the wrong one? Well it is! Looks like i'll have to get a pukka VW one.
To be honest i've got no idea what else i'd buy, probably another camper but with a toilet and shower next time. I'd almost certainly want another 4x4 though because of our holiday destinations.
Anybody wanna buy this one?
Amulet, the trip was amazing but when i do it again i'm going to stick to the Fjord region (from Bergan to Trondheim). The Lofoten Islands are fantastic too if you like being on your own. Trekking right up North becomes an obsession, waking each day dying to get back on the road because each day is so different.
