elite vw any views need a new engine

having sheared a cylinder head bolt and being quoted £1200 to fix it
what does any one think/experienced elite vw recon engine £680 fitted
seems cheap to me
but they must have it down to a tee to do it so cheap

any views

Heard good and bad... but mostly good, especially when things go wrong, they seem to honour their warranty and give good after-sales service...

mine is in the process of having one fitted. It was a bit late arriving though due to a courier problem, but hopefully it'll arrive today and all will be fine.

Mine's being done by them next week, I've had a few engines from them ( different vehicles I may add

) and all have been great, one slight problem and was sorted immediately

Not used them but would not hesitate to....heard some very good reports
