having sheared a cylinder head bolt and being quoted £1200 to fix it
what does any one think/experienced elite vw recon engine £680 fitted
seems cheap to me
but they must have it down to a tee to do it so cheap

any views

Heard good and bad... but mostly good, especially when things go wrong, they seem to honour their warranty and give good after-sales service...

mine is in the process of having one fitted. It was a bit late arriving though due to a courier problem, but hopefully it'll arrive today and all will be fine.

massive thread on this just recently, they did mine some time ago, still tight and good, would recommend

Mine's being done by them next week, I've had a few engines from them ( different vehicles I may add :lol: ) and all have been great, one slight problem and was sorted immediately
