propex or ebberspacher those who are 'tough' will say a good sleeping bag extra blankets blah blah blah but get a proper heating system and be comfortable all year round.
i camped at dubfreeze a couple of years ago and it was -4 some of the 'tough' people werent quite so smug then i slept in my undys and tshirt while the toughys roughed it out scrapeing ice from the inside of there windows
welcome to club 80-90 too. dont forget to click on the wiki page at the top their
SB1800 caravan heater there are half a dozen on E-bay all less than £30 snug as a bug in a rug. They don't drain the battery, are mega quite and have a great heat output.
Propex and eber are more money, but don't take up floor space and are forced air with a thermostat. I have used both and wouldn't trade them for anything else.

Sadly I didn't see any hook-up points at Dubfreeze 3 years ago when it was -4 Of course you could use a little genny, but they're still bulky and not cheap in the long run.
As has been said Eber or Propex is the long-term solution. Mocki's flogging a Propex soon allegedly and Spannerack flogs Ebers,so take ya pick.

If you are going to sites and using hook up then I'd suggest a small oil filled radiator, nice and quiet as opposed to a fan heater and they put out loads of heat.
