Is every petrol water cooled a wassboxer?

And if so is the wasserboxer engine weak and prone to trouble?
There is something about antifreeze!?
I am picking up my new van tomorrow.
It will not put me off - just like to know what i am dealing with!

"wasser" is german for "water" and boxer is the design of engine, like the boxer engine in subarus, porsche, and old vws
