Why can't I get the horn..........

Wanted to up-grade my horn to something that sounds abit more manly.

Tried a double one off my old audi....nothing...(well next to nothing just a bup)

Tried a new single 12 volt up-grade from Autoquip.....same as above.

Its like its not getting enough volts but works the original one fine.


Any ideas?

Like you said.. poor volts.. poor earth...

You could up the ampage to the new horn and a relay can be fitted so that the horn can draw feed directly from the battery, whilst still using your original horn curcuit.
same with arooga horns too
