SAAB seats

Post by NewarkNutter »

Got myself some nice leather saab seats. 8)
Fitting the front ones is a bit of a faf but quite straight forward, no problems there.
As I'm redesigning my interior I was wondering about utilizing the rear seats in the back.
Just wondered if anyone else has done this.
I don't see how I can sensibly use them with a rock and roll set up. So was thinking of modifying them so the back hinges backwards, then having a lift up/pull out section at the front. :?
Not really decided yet, just wondered if anyone else had done it if so how.
Then I can either short cut the design prosess or at least learn from their mistakes.

Hi
I fitted front Saab seats, but not the back ones so can't help you on that one.
Just thought it would be pleasant to give at least some kind of recognition to your post.
Unfortunately I am finding it a bit cliquey in here sometimes, there seems to be an aloof attitude by some members.
Best of luck with the project :)

Might stop unwanted roll together and conjugal unpleasantness.

That could be the other reason, but sadly, there is a hard core of sarcastic B*stards lurking around. Bit like the school playgoriund really :zip
