I recently had my van serviced at Cardiff Classic Volkswagens and although not cheap they were great and very approachable.

they fitted my new motor, just had a peep at the invoice and they charger 440 to rip the old out install tune and service the new one and sort out some niggles.
they also rebuild motors there. karl the engine builder is a genius!!

maybe they can fix it there they do rebuilds on the premesis................ if not i bought a vege motor.

these motors are hard to kill. what are the symptoms??

worst case is prob a new piston and barrel. go and see the lads there. they will sort you out. to burn a piston or blow a hole in one sounds like a fuelling fault to me too.
