Syncro/LT mirror heads

I have a pair of LT mirrors and one of the glasses has cracked :evil:

It doesn't look like the glass is easily removable (could be heat sealed into the moulding itself)

The head moulding is marked 'Wilke' which is a german mirror manufacturer from what information I have.

Is this a genuine VW mirror head? Can I get a replacement?

The genuine mirror assemblies are only about £20 each for the T25 "truck style" from VAG.
