Where to get paint...

Hiya,

Where can you get original vw paint from? I'm Cutting out the bulkhead on my orange van and need paint for touch ups...

you can get colour match paint from your local Wilko although you need the colour code, you can get this from VW with your chassis number - Wilko should be able to mix while you wait.
I've just got some 1981 Liana green and the colour match was as near as perfect.

LOOK ON YOUR VIN PLATE, THE CODE IS THERE. go to a proper auto paint shop, you can get half a litre of cellulose for about a tenner(its real car paint).
