Well,

I write this letter from Kanarische Inseln. I own a 1.6 TD (JX) Caravelle GL Syncro 14". I have been watching your website looking for a Turbolader. I need a new one for my van. But I have some questions.
What is the way to pay you? Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)? an account?
How much would be the price of the post and package to Kanarische Inseln
(Spanien)? I mean Turbolader + Post and Package.
He answers:
Hallo Herr Diaz
Ok I understand with the help of a dictionary:
Thank you for the inquiry. the turbo is in stock, the turbo goes only by Vorauskasse raus, plus pledge for the old part! After receipt the amount on the account the commodity goes to them raus! Thanks. Cordial greetings.
The thing is: The same transport company who send/bring me the parts take the old turbo and sends to Mr Maier??

He'll ship the parts as soon as he sees the money in his account.
Doesn't actually metion anything about how your old turbo is to be sent back or how you get your 70 Euro deposit back when you do.
No experience of dealing with the guy ...so can't tell you how he would "normally" do it.

I purchase a brand new one outright from Reinhold last year.
Sometimes it is easier to phone, he used to have someone in the workshop by the name of Helmut, who could speak good English. As Mark says, they normally require a bank transfer...
I notice that DeJaeger also has them on his webshop:
here

Hi,
there are differences between syncro turbo and 2WD turbo. Buy one for syncro, so you have no problems by passing water e.g.
