Depends on how you drive it..... ours is running on gas and we get about 16-18 mpg, but its a damp sight cheaper than liquid gold
Can't tell you what it is on petrol cos it never has any in it.
IIRC Jen's syncro does about 18 mpg, so its about the same ... but i could be wrong
I'm sure someone will be along soon to tell you.

Re: 2.1 mileage ?
Genuine figures from a regular (annual) run to the south west of France.
Van moderately loaded, driven gently, mainly overnight, on autoroutes, 60 to 70 mph, but included running around locally for the odd mile or three.
Full at Tesco Poole 126946 miles on the clock,
30 litres at Elf Les Brouzils
30.9 litres at Super U Sauze Vausais
30.7 litres at Intermarche Bergerac
21.0 litres at Auchan Perigueux
41.0 litres at Intermarche Bain de Bretagne
29.7 at Tesco Dorchester. (full to the gunwales) 128101 miles
Total petrol 183.3 litres = 40.32 gallons which took me 1155 miles and is (Please tell me if I am wrong,.......... often happens!)
wait for it...................... 28.64 mpg.

Good stats Mike
Mine are a little more slack,
But would be good to compare against a syncro.
800 miles..........half lanes, towns & half motorways (70 mph)
£175 of petrol at around 93p a litre.
2.1 Syncro caravelle (7 seater) off-road tyres, loaded with 6 people & baggage.
Just looking at your numbers, mines drinking it!!!!
Who's good with a calculator?..........................
