I`ve got 16" wheels with 215/60 tyres on, problem would seem to be a combination of the tyre size and the wheel offset (ET 45) and spacers I`m running (20mm), new spacers on the way to try and sort it, I have had a look and think I can get the spacers down by at least 8mm. Bit of trial and error to get it right.
Not had any bother with clearance or wheel arches until going down some ruff roads in Ireland, but I need to have it sorted and reliable so I dont have to worry about damaging the paint again.

Keep it real.

-35mm is a standard drop for some vans like Carats etc, ask for some o them?
Only thing to worry bout that is any angle to the body may result in oil stayin in a puddle at the front of the sump and leaving the rear cylinders a tad dry n cause engine failure , tho i don't think it will matter in such a small amount as this.
