Lowest high top

Bit of a silly question, but whats the lowest high top you can get for our vans? and because I'm a lazy a*** and a bit fick how high would a high top have to be to give 6 foot from the floor to the roof?

My Autohomes Kameo is 6" 2" at its highest point from floor to roof , so dont suppose 2" lower overall is going to make much difference,

i think reimo did one that was not too high but not sure of the dimension? usles cn*t me!
