What to do with holes in the dash!

Post by lambro28 »

Any ideas or suggestions (preferably sensible ones, but will consider any thing  ) on what to do with the holes in my dash, repair, plate, wood dash? or just put up with them?

At the top, on the right hand side, first two could just fit the gauges, clock and volt meter, but the other smaller light and gauge hole to the left of these dont look right. Then I have two smaller holes on the lower section, which I could put some form of switch or warning light.

I have been looking at some form of gauge pod for the larger holes, but cant find any big or suitable to fix.

Why oh why when drilling holes dont people at least drill them so they look good!

Oh ignore the top, I took the dash tidy off to get at the radio wires.

PS why do these make the dash tidy, with every thing sprawled all in them it makes my van look untidy!

Get another dash and swap the lot over, will look a lot less like a boy-racer dash then :)
Keep it real.

How about a strip of sticky back plastic (Fablon)?
You can choose whatever colour or pattern you want then - original black or luxury walnut!
