Remove the 46mm hub nut when replacing the brake shoes?

no

wheel , two 10mm bolts , loosen the shoes (at the back ) and wobble it off

Many thanks, i've had a look on the Wiki too some helpful tips on there.

Dont hit the drums with a metal hammer like I did otherwise you will get a throbing pedal..... :oops:

Cheers all, drums came off pretty easy and the adjusters are all free but i have another problem now, see seperate post.
