Anyone fitted a 4 cyl BMW diesel ?
Has anyone ever fitted or heard of a BMW engine being fitted in a t25 ?

No but anything is possible with time and money
I think the biggest limitation with modern TDI type motors is the rev band is a lot narrower than the old type TD/AAZ motors, so gearbox ratios become an issue, ie loadsa money to sort the `box out.
My modern HDI engined car does 2700 revs at 80 MPH, which is comfortable. If it was mated to the T25 diesel `box it woul be doing over 4000 revs at 80MPH, or at least 3500 revs to keep at 70MPH. Not really happy at that ammount of revs for very long, well past where it`s supposed to be making power and torque.
